I hope to help women and teen girls realize their true self worth. So many of us have Core Beliefs that are faulty that we haven't fully identified. I want to help you discover your Core Beliefs and begin the journey to healing and wholeness.​

Couples
Couples therapy focuses heavily on change and acceptance. Main components to this therapy include helping partners change their views of the relationship, modify dysfunctional behaviors, decrease emotional avoidance, improve communication and improve strengths and resilience.

Premarital Counseling
Premarital counseling helps partners improve communication techniques, set realistic expectations for marriage and develop conflict-resolution skills.

In our sessions, we will go through inventories and marriage prep material to find exactly where health is flourishing in your relationship as well as identify areas of growth.

Session Cost: $100 for 60 minutes
*One-time fee of $35 for Prepare-Enrich material
6-10 week commitment

Clinical
Supervision
If you are an LMHCA or hold another Associate's License, I am a WA State Approved Clinical Supervisor who can assist you in gaining hours toward licensure while we review and consult about standard as well as difficult cases.
