Every individual encounters various transitions in life that can be difficult to navigate and that present opportunities for change and growth. I have a heart to help equip those who are hurting to live a life of growth, acceptance and, ultimately, healing. I have a passion to help others identify destructive behaviors and grow in self-awareness, learn healthy ways of processing and communicating, establish healthy boundaries in their personal lives and in relationships, grow in self-worth, and create stability in their lives.

At the core of all of us is a set of beliefs that have been shaped and formed over time by experiences and words others have spoken over and into our lives. However, some of these beliefs are grounded in untruths, dysfunctional thinking patterns, and unhealthy cycles. I work on helping you discover what those are and walk you through the process of redefining those core beliefs so you're set up for personal and relational health and vibrancy.


I utilize various counseling techniques that are tailored to every individual and their unique situation in order to help them achieve a greater understanding of life and its circumstances. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, faith-based approaches, as well as other therapies that are beneficial to your journey. No matter what modality I use in our sessions together, I focus on

examining the relationships between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By exploring patterns of thinking that lead to self-destructive actions and the beliefs that direct these thoughts, people can modify their patterns of thinking to learn new ways of coping.
