I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Approved Clinical Supervisor in the State of Washington and a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator. My therapy background includes working with individuals and couples dealing with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, grief, relationship issues, bipolar disorder, personality and psychotic disorders, and trauma.

I graduated from Northwest University in 2007 with my Bachelor's in Psychology and in 2009 with my Masters in Counseling Psychology. I have worked in private practice, in at-risk schools, as well as for non-profit agencies and community mental health agencies.

As of October 2022, I am now a published author. I created a journal that addresses self-worth issues by introducing I am worthy of... statements, journal prompts and scriptures foundational to these self-worth concepts. It is my desire to help you continue on in your self-discovery journey by identifying core beliefs that are dysfunctional as well as healthy so you can thrive.
